18⁰⁰ Slow Vinyasa Flow

The Slow Vinyasa Flow Yoga class offers a space in which you can strengthen your body awareness.
This is done through the interplay of breathing, movement and carefully selected music. Explore your body, your limits and your potential with a gentle flow, heart and hip openers and transitions that help you break old habits.

The focus of this class is also on the longer relaxation phase and meditation at the end. Using creative flows, you will open your body and prepare your mind for the meditation and relaxation at the end of the class. You will leave this class with a strengthened, relaxed body and a calmer, clearer mind.

In addition, through different impulses and intentions, you will also be invited to practice yoga not only physically on the mat but also in everyday life according to the principles of the eight-limbed path.
