My lessons are inspired by the participants. Sometimes powerful, sometimes meditative, sometimes with a focus on small but important details. Siva Sakti Yoga thrives on contrasts, which is why this yoga is just as suitable for beginners as it is for advanced practitioners. In every movement, in every asana, we can always find something new for ourselves. Let’s look for it together.
Be in the moment, arrive in the body, experience breathing in movement. Hatha Yoga is working with what is there and what wants to be wants to be worked on. This can be of a physical nature, can have emotional and is always geared towards the participants.
In yoga, I can be myself, the body can come into contact with the mind through with the mind through breathing, I can block out the past and the future and devote myself entirely to the moment. Yoga is a way for me, to live intuition. It doesn’t have to be enlightenment, the small insights along the way are often reward enough.
