19³⁰ Meditation Evening
In this meditation, I would like to create a feeling of security and connection. We give ourselves a space of security to pause together. I imagine a moving group of people who meet peacefully and curiously. We approach mediation and its origins in small, subtle steps. With impulses from the Buddhist tradition, we explore its meaning and its everyday applicability for us. I myself would like to establish a wholesome lifestyle.
In concrete terms, you can expect
- A twenty-minute arrival meditation
- A short talk followed by contemplation
- A mindful exchange (in pairs or groups)
- A concluding metta meditation
Here we sit together outside of the exchange in attentive silence with an upright posture.
There is no need to be afraid of a rigid posture. Anyone who can discover a serious intention within themselves is welcome at any time! The meditation evenings are open and on a Dana basis (give what you want).

You can join Anna’s Yoga class at 5 pm – a great preparation for sitting afterwards!
