Hatha Yoga
Sunday evening practice inspired by Anusara Yoga. Each Hatha session has a specific theme. The goal is to activate the body for the week ahead. Prepare for a challenging practice and bring your towel.
In each session we will explore a specific theme, which I will give a brief introduction to at the beginning. After a short warm-up, we will start with the powerful yoga practice. I will put together the sequence of Asanas (yoga postures) for each session individually – so you will definitely not get bored with me.
If it fits the theme of the session, I show and explain breathing techniques, which we practice together after the physical practice. We end the class with a cool-down and the final meditation.
Yogi*nis of all levels are welcome.
