07³⁰ Hatha Yoga

With breathing exercises (pranayama), with asanas (body exercises) and mantra we welcome the week. In this morning session we move our whole body and start the day full of joy. We alternate between the morning practice of Durgaji (a specific sequence of exercises) and a freer Hatha Yoga practice.

In both we start in silence – we are welcome to have conversations later 😊 From a quiet beginning with focus on breath we move on to quite challenging asanas, which are explained in such a way that everyone can participate and find strength. We strengthen our center, challenge our balance, feel the body and gather clarity for the day.

With the exception of individual dynamic elements such as sun salutations, we tend to hold the asanas longer and get to know them and ourselves better.

Feel free to join us even if you have never done yoga before.
